Historical Achievements of MTE

Founded the organization under the name of ‘Mewar Traders & Engineers’, starting with a small furniture business.

Establishing itself in the field of trade, in September 2003, MTE began its journey by making significant strides within India and China, laying the groundwork for future milestones.
Obtained its Importer Exporter Code (IEC) in the year 2003, a unique code issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade in India, essential for any business engaged in international trade

Secured the first major contract in 2005, marking the beginning of its international operations.

MTE was accorded the status of “Star Export House” from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, GOI.

MTE was granted self-sealing permission for exports by the Government of India, facilitating smoother and more efficient operations.

In 2022, the organization broadened its procurement strategy by sourcing materials and products from Europe and other international markets.

• In 2023, MTE relocated to a new, expansive 70,000 sq. ft warehouse facility at Udaipur. The upgraded location features dedicated docking areas, office space, and loading points, all equipped with modern technologies, including advanced forklifts and other logistics equipment.

• MTE was bestowed with the status of “Three Star Export House” from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, GOI.

• In 2024, the company successfully integrated a suite of advanced AI-based systems, including ERP, Task Manager, CRM, and Accounting Software.

• Efficient material handling with an approximate 1800+ containers per annum indicating a significant volume of international trade activity.
